You have 14 days from the arrival of your item to change your mind and send back to us for a refund (minus postage). Please contact hello@lucaandrosa.com to arrange. Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition - unworn and unwashed, with the original labels intact. If items are returned to us and show signs of wear or damage they will be returned back to you. Should your chosen item be out of stock, we will contact you to organise a refund by the original payment method. As above, items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received.

All our products are printed or dyed to the highest quality standards. We strongly suggest washing at 30•C because it is kinder to the environment and will retain our print vibrancy for longer. We don't recommend using bleach or harsh chemicals. Please line dry or tumble-dry on a low setting and iron on a medium heat.
