Luca & Rosa Returns & Refund Policy
At Luca & Rosa, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. For faulty, damaged or “not as described” items, you retain your legal rights and may be entitled to a refund.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for a return, items must be:
· Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
· Complete with original tags and packaging
· Accompanied by a receipt, order reference, or proof of purchase
Items that arrive faulty or damaged are also eligible for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email hello@lucaandrosa.com with your order details and a contact number in case we need to reach you.
Important:
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
For faulty items, if you return the parcel via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded, we will refund the postage - please keep your receipt.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@lucaandrosa.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns of sale or discounted items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
For a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a separate order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
